Cold mornings are now below freezing. Make sure that your outside water spigots are turned off from the inside and keep the spigot open outside.
Also now is a good time to make sure those gutters and downspouts are cleaned. I was inspecting a home in Orange County NY today and there was ice built up inside the clogged gutters. Clean them now before the snow and ice comes!!
